Tour Map #6
A testament to both history and community effort, the Middle Road Covered Bridge has stood proudly over Conneaut Creek since 1868. This 136-foot Howe truss bridge spans the longest river in eastern Ashtabula County, carrying with it a rich past. In 1984, it was reconstructed with the help of three dedicated volunteers and four college students, preserving its charm for future generations. Whether you're exploring Ohio’s covered bridge trail or simply enjoying a scenic drive, the Middle Road Bridge is a must-see piece of local heritage.
