Tour Map #15
A charming blend of history and modern craftsmanship, the Liberty Street Covered Bridge may be small in size, but it holds a big title—it’s the shortest covered bridge open to traffic in the United States! Spanning just 18 feet across Cowles Creek in Geneva, this quaint bridge was completed in 2011 and quickly became a local landmark. Built by students from A-Tech, the project also included a nostalgic touch—a small toll booth reminiscent of those used during pioneer days. Whether you’re passing through or exploring Ashtabula County’s covered bridges, Liberty Bridge is a must-see stop with a unique story to tell.
