Ashtabula County Covered Bridge Festival celebrated its 40th Annual Festival on October 12th and 13th, at the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds (127 N. Elm Street, Jefferson, OH)
The Creek Rd. Bridge will be hosted by Katie, Ariel and the Kids Bridge team as they raise awareness for cystic fibrosis. You'll experience Katie's Cf Boutique, Ariel's Cf Bakery, Danny K's Lemonade, Kaitlyn's Homemade Key Chains, The Diaper Ministry, Angels of the Lake, Bounce House, Carnival-style kids' games, Tasha's Cotton Candy, Raffle baskets, food and refreshments available by donation.

Olin Bridge

The Giddings Road Bridge will be hosted by the Ashtabula County APL this year. They may have activities for kids at the bridge, and information about adopting animals.Photo credit: Walter Gunter
The State Rd. Bridge

During the festival South Denmark Bridge will be hosted by the Pierpont Community Action League/ Pierpont Beautification Committee. They will have fall crafts, homemade baked goods, pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs and chips, bottled water and coffee for sale.

Harpersfield Covered Bridge will be hosted by the Friends of the Harpersfield Bridge. They are so excited to be able to have activities there again since the renovation is done! They aren't sure yet how many vendors they will have but are busy planning. There will be an official Covered Bridge souvenir booth.

The Netcher Bridge will be hosted by the Ashtabula Co. Humane Society during the festival. They will have walking tacos, baked goods, t-shirts and jackets, and craft items. Depending on the weather they will have dogs at the bridge. Come out and enjoy a fall day and visit some of the volunteers at the humane society.

Caine Road Bridge

The W. Liberty St. Bridge will be hosted by the Helping Hands Farm Animal Rescue that helps farm animals find a second chance at life. They will have food and drinks for sale to help raise donations. They will also have a 50/50 and a duck pond game by the bridge. On Sunday the Geneva Grape Jamboree Miss Grapette Court will be at Geneva's Little Bridge. They will be serving coffee, cider (hot &cold) and donuts for donations for to Geneva Fireman's Club. Our newly crowned court is hoping that you'll stop by to visit us .

Root Road Bridge is hosted by the Ashtabula Aktion Club during the festival. They will have lots of fun activities. There will be chili, bake sale, water, coffee, hot chocolate and homemade potato chips available, as well as information about our awesome club and handmade jewelry items.

Smolen Gulf Bridge is hosted by the E. Plymouth Grange during the Covered Bridge Festival. They will be serving sloppy joes, cabbage rolls, hot dogs, water, pop and baked goods. There will be other vendors at the bridge with gourds and pumpkins and possibly Boy Scouts.
